Passing on tried and tested techniques is my passion. However there's more than one way to do most things, do what works for you. I certainly use different methods depending on the fabric I'm using.
I started making and selling aerobics wear in the 1980s with a domestic overlocker and a zig zag industrial machine. I still make my own activewear including swimwear.
You don't need an overlocker or coverstitch machine to make activewear. I show you different ways to sew seams, as well as finish edges and waistlines.
